Raja bhaiya of up won as independent candidate had 9 cases of serious nature like murder,rape and abduction and mayawati booked him under pota and gangaster act was made cabinet minister for jail , do you think it is beat ministry and will he be useful as while in prison many mobiles were discovered from him and he was treated as special guest by police officers?

I don't think he has cases of rapes. If he had, he would have been given the portfolio of "women welfare & empowerment" also by dear Akhilesh ji.
