The very practice of rewarding retired and good for nothing politicians, with the posts of the governor should be banned, as it gives rise to turning the Rajbhavans into the hub, just as it happened in Karnataka, earlier it had happened in Bihar and also Andhra Pradesh, If the present character is to be looked into, was he not the person who permitted defreezing of the accounts of Mr. Q in U K, was he not the person who permitted him to escape. Where was his sense of Propriety then ? He should understand that he is not the congress party member now, but a constitutional psot

Yes but it is not so becoz Governor is also a politician and willing to show his gratitude the party who appointed him
Only very few exceptions are there
See How Karnataka Governor is handling the issues now. He may be right but deviated a lot from his decorum of the chair
