Raibarreily & Amethi are requested for 24 hrs electricity by Sonia mummy to father of the CM.How to see this as in a socialist country & socialist party game,rest of the districts of UP are her step sons?

1.
Why only other parts of UP? She should ensure 24 hours electricity supply to whole India.Even after so many years of independence we aim to send a sattellite to Mars but are unable to ensure proper electricity & water supply.

In Punjab, without Sonia's request, Badals are getting 24 hour electricity for their farms and home town Badal and all their houses in Bathinda district. Rest of Punjab is having electricity shortage.
