Q.

Naxals are biggest threat to India. They have resorted to inhuman acts like killing and kidnapping. They gradually became more and more violent and authoritarian in their approach. This is a problem which has acquired such a magnitude that cooperation between the Centre and states is absolutely necessary and the Central government must help states in every possible way.
