Union minister of state for environment and forests, Jairam Ramesh has openly opposed the move of LINKING OF RIVERS IN INDIA saying that it would not only invite environmental and ecological disaster but also the problem would assume international dimensions. WHAT MAY BE THE PROBLEMS, can anyone specify?

The great scientist vaishyraya, ij whose name science museum in banglore had suggested long ago put bureaucrats refused to implement due to corrupt practics which will automatically stopped.what minister knows about it it should be from scientists.
