It just means that if someone is taking you for granted (doesnt appreciate that you are always there for them/present in their lives) that you should leave or not respond to them awhile and they. If you are absent from their life, they may learn to appreciate your more.

I too wonder..and dont think it can be appreciated. It clearly says if some one is not happy, why dont you go away? I dont think anyone will go away if one or two do not like.. On contrary I will suggest to stay put.. Let the non liking guys please us by their absence.

If they miss absence or other people talk about you in your absence then the concerned person realize your absence.

Hamara presence khas taur pe hamare apne hi nhi mehsus krte take us for granted...
thodi time ke hum jaise unse pesh aate h bas uska ulta kare...shanti se
hamare presence ka mahtav apne aap unhe pta chal jayega :))
