FICCI is the federation of Indian business large, medium and small trade sectors.
CII only deals with large corporations in manufacturing and IT sector, but they do not represent the commercial and the trading and SSI sector.
ASSOCHAM started representing the interest of foreign companies. Now of course, there are and they have been taken over by Indian companies.

CII : Broadly Ist generation suave, urbane, forward-thinking, hasslefree, hang-over free, hang-up fre no-aligned Industrialists+the likes of Tata who are like others in CII
ASSOCHAM : Cool, quiet, low profile --- carry on with biz
