Is it not a fact that the politicians heading Government are all enuchs, otherwise why lumpens like Baisla, Raj Thakre and Bimal Gurung has taken law in their hand and disrupting public life and property.Why law is not taking any action on people uprooting train lines, breaking public transport?Law has probably two facets.
