If u made the rediff i.d after the yahoomail, then may be u write their ur altenet i.d too, so if u will go with the option forgot password then they will send u the new pasword on ur alternet mail i.d, or if it is not then u.....u will follow the instruction made by the rediff, so first u write ur mail id in sign in block and then click on forgot password
