He should walk free by all means and also slap a case of defamation and undue harassment against the Govt. of India. The govt. of India made a deal for buying certain armoury with the firm whose tender was the lowest and Indian govt. was satisfied of its quality. The price and quality were competitive and acceptable to Govt. of India and the supplier did not deviate from the contract. Quattrochi arranged the deal and was paid his commission by the supplier from his own margin. So what's wrong with Quattrochi?
