Because China negociates & deals internationally on its own terms. India has a nasty habit of settling for "junior partner" status. Because of this, the Chinese have access to vast natural resource deposits in Africa, Asia & even parts of the Urals. On China's terms. Because of our timidity in international affairs- we could never really get that sort of economic capitalization on our terms & have had to rely on the kickback the superpowers (the USSR & the US) handed us.
And natural resource rich countries (Ex: Vietnam, Myanmar, Zaire etc) trust China more than India and so give the Chinese better deals. And it's no secret that China has a better international rep than does India (NOT for "peace" or "war" but for reliability).
For example, China and North Korea were allies. When the UN attacked North Korea, the Chinese stepped in militarily & handed the UN a sound thrashing. Don't forget in the 50s (Korea war) China was experiencing a famine. But they still bailed out ...more

this is because in india many doctors and engineers are there but for themself they go to other countries and in india corruption is at its peck.
