No almost wrong...the reason was other as whole world know bush want to capture Oil From Iran and Iraq...which result in loss to normal people and gain to him....if sadaam would live today then oil rates wouldn;t rise above 40 dollar per barrel...now it is 150 dollar in coming time and if it war on iran then oil rates will reach 250 dollar
