Total outgo on account of Mobile phone Bills, in India, roughly estimated to be 200 lac. crores , till now, since 1997. BUT, unfortunately, this technological innovations could not bring about any justifyable amount of business & growth in GDP thereof vis-a-vis the amount of BILLS paid & the amount of Capital Expenses made so far.
Is it high time to ANALYSE the situation ?
