Which are the Indian cities apart from Bangalore and Hyderabad that are becoming ideal to set up IT companies? Why?

Chennai, pune lead the list due to their infrastucture followed by well educated trained youth available for work to go through smoothly!!

Chennai and Pune have already progressed with IT industries, Potentials are Nagpur , situation at the heart of India and have all the required infrastructure for IT set up. Lucknow is one more city with required potentials. Bhopal, Jaipur, Trivendrum are few other cities that may become IT hub.
