Did our former president Dr.APJ.Abdul Kalam work upto his mark?

Yes he worked. But a single person cannnot bring rapid cahges in the system.
If you want to find there are people like Kalam in India but who will give them a chance. A President should be not political and should not belong to any party.
These things very normal in Govt Guest Houses Pay something water will be released pay something Electricity will released. So the beaurocats are using it than who ever is the end user.
Presidents office routine is such some papers never reach some I am talking about the system.Ujwal Nikam the public prosecutor has said there are several cases pending they are from years. His own case is pending from last 7 years of Rakhi Sawant Murder Case of Pune.Blame the system which we are following not Mr.Kalam.
