Q.
Former Telecom Minister A Raja today told a Delhi court that he would not respond to CBI's fresh plea to invoke additional charge of criminal breach of trust against all the accused till the agency stated that its probe in the 2G spectrum allocation scam was over.- Will he spill dangerous beans to save himself implicating union cabinet ministers ?

Looks like he is making a strategy how to get out of the hanging sword . He is right in demanding all the charges so that he could make a right strategy to fight the case with sound pleading .If the case is light he may have to take a simple view else he has to spill the beans so as to implicate others who have so far been shielding themselves .

I think he plays his cards well. He is also a lawyer. If he implicates the other union ministers in the Congress camp, his purpose would be served because the Congress Party would never let down their Congress ministers. It is just like a joke when a prisoner in que with death sentence after Kasab stated that he was prepared for the death sentence to be carried after Kasab was hanged. And he had a hearty laugh because he know that Kasab would never be hanged!
