What is the difference between skimmed milk, toned milk and double toned milk?

Skimmed milk is obtained after skimming that is taking out the creme from the milk, it has almost negligible fat content.
Toned milk should contain a minimum of 3.0 % fat & 8.5% solids not fat throughout the country.
Double Toned Milk : This refers to the milk obtained by the addition of skim milk powder & water to whole milk .Under PFA rules, Double Toned milk should contain a minimum of 1.5 % fat & 9.0% solids
