Q.
If u look at any Indian TWO WHEELER.......If u calculate the cost of each part individually........The cost of the vehicle will not exceed more than 10-15k ...then y do the manufacturer charges atleast 5 times more than the actual cost ?

Friend you have asked a intelligent question.
I'll answer it in a very simple manner . Companies which are selling bikes have fixed liabilities .They have workers and engineers taking salary of 10000 - 500000 yes its true . Hence product is not FMCG thats why they sell it twice the production cost . Also they have to face tax liabilities also.
