When you have got something to do in hand, ther's no spare moment as such. Its only when you find yourself lazy or tired of things in hand that you need a break out of it.Become so busy in life that there is no time left to spare for spare moments.

It is the value for the time we spend ...how well we spend our time is dependent on what we do how useful it is....The real value of time is known when a serious patient needs immediate attention and quick treatment and how well it is being done by a surgean/physician..and then Post operative care..
