Pouring his angst out after his daughter and DMK MP, Kanimozhi, was again denied bail by a Special CBI Court in the 2G spectrum case, the DMK leader M Karunanidhi lamented that it went against all legal canons and views of experts on grant of bail to an accused.
-Is this prejudice or subjudice ?

What he is say is prejudice. but why is talking about bail only has he ever talked about what his daughter has done illegally ???
