The world belongs to men. This is a perennial truth, regardless of any type of 'revolution' on the lines of "women's Lib". Many a Germaine Greer will come and go, but what about the Natural / religious angle to this whole matter?? That doesn't meant women are to be suppressed and all that. We have women like Tasleema Nasreen who speak their minds...they are appreciated and supported by all except perhaps Muslims (her coreligionists). In the free world we have had women rulers all over the world. But the fact still remains irrevocably intact...that this is man's world. Alas!

It is not a Gender issue.. anyone who speak openly is not accepted wholeheartly.. but with women if her statement within the Logic and Useful then she is accepted.. but if she just try to be smart and vocal then only she is taken otherwise.. Yes initially it is little difficult to digest but gradually she makes her unshakeble place.. You are the best Example Josna.. You have a very strong footing.

To speak openly inevitably means higher risks of utterance of bitter truths. There are many truths with women that men are not comfortable with. So to allow them speak openly has to be checked, if male dominance is to be sustained !

I want to qoute Mr. Palanivelu message here
Eight-year-old Sally brought her report card home from school. Her marks were good...mostly A's and a couple of B's.
However, her teacher had written across the bottom: "Sally is a smart little girl, but she has one fault. She talks too much in school. I have an idea I am going to try, which I think may break her of the habit."
Sally's dad signed her report card, putting a note on the back: "Please let me know if your idea works on Sally because I would like to try it out on her mother."

Very silly of them Josna.
Until recently, males and females have not mixed socially. And the office atmosphere is restrained.
But being equally educated, females, who have a mind of their own, will express their opinions quite openly. And this is to appriciated as it open up a larger and more productive view point, from all sections.
Many men have not adjusted to this aspect of life of the females and are living decades behind their times.Such males come from a social structure, where females have to keep a low profile, within the family and have very little say in their life styles.
