High time the Catholic Church puts a stop to having sick and aging leaders in ALL top positions. They should, like us citizens also retire at the age of 60 or earlier if they are suffering from some serious ailments or are unable to carry out the task entrusted to them with utmost sincerity. It is a very pitiful sight to see an aging person who finds great difficulty to move and to talk - made/forced to do so. It is plain cruelty to let aging and sickly persons to perform lengthy ceremonies or compelled to sit through them. All aged and sick people need to rest and be free of all responsibilities.
