Point to Ponder yet again:
The AFSPA (Armed Forces Special Powers Act) in Kashmir-This draconian law is actively protecting R*ps and murders by Men in Uniform (is allowed to committed by men in uniform with impunity )because the law is needed in the National interest ?? Absurd it is!! What do you say-
Please read thru this law (ggogle) and how it empowers the forces!!!

Only few rotten apples doesn't make the entire basket rotten.There should be checks and balances in the act and those men accused of such henious crimes must be punished.
