Q.
How do we log a complaint against BMTC bus in bangalore because i had a bad experience in bus conductor, who has drank badly.please help me and even i have a bus no too? i really i want to suie him..

Register a complaint at police station. insist on FIR. if its not more than 24-48 hours test the blood sample of the conductor. the report will be positive for alchohol and then no one can save him from the negligance and drunk at office duty hours section.

Firstly u hav to lodge ur complaint in the complaint register kept in the bus and if staff of bus denided to provide u the complaint book then u should file ur grivances in concerned bus depo. with senior executive officials.
actually u cant file a complaint in police station directly as no offence has been commited to u.if that fellow do some abnormal behaviour then u could file complaint ot police station.if police is unwilling to lodge d complaint then u could directly rush to judicial magistrate first class of ur area.
better u tell all the story to any vigilent news paper journalist they could do anything directly without bothering u unneccesarily.
