Why do you wish her to be reborn? Pray for her soul. Let her rest in peace.
If her karma is incomplete her soul may decide to be reborn to complete her karma. In any case you have no hold over her now.

If U R really in love with her or vice versa U shd have accompanied her in her journy.After all life and death is so certain that we have to sustain with the days and live life instead cribbing past grief.God didn\'t promise days without pain, laughter without sorrow, sun without rain, but He did promise strength for the day, comfort for the tears, and light for the way. Go ahead with yr given life period.
