Generally it means renovation of dead cells and tissues ; there is a proven technic of regeneration - that is PRANAYAM - it is very simple science while doing KAPALBHATHI, anulom vilom, ujjayi , bahya pranayam etc. one can have plenty of oxygen while inhaling and this speed up the blood circulation and it reaches all the problematic cells and do the repair or renovation job as is specified in the devine original design of any human body. Hope u will agree to my contention. Vande Mataram
