I don;t think she is at all bound by any law to answer your personal queries about the share of her company.Being the cmd of the company she can give all the information in the AGM and the annual report of the company and all doubts can be clarified in the AGM itself.

Why don't you attend the AGM and raise the questions at the apt forum and time, if you are so sincere well-wisher of the company ?
There is no law that requires every MD of company to answer every investor's queries. And if you are a trader, you should know that there is something called Law against Insider Trading which would be alerted, if you were to get any info' that other public is not getting. Better still write to the stock exchanges, to get your queries sorted out.
