In my view Prasar Bharti should have raised the objection at the time when the contract was given to Nimbus. Now nobody can claim for telecast rights in the name of rural people or cricket crazy indians and like that. Nimbus has now full rights to sell and earn from the telecast rights which it has bought by paying a hefty sum. I would support the Nimbus for it.
