Eat less and excercise more is the only way to get the weight reduced at free of cost and that too with out any side effects..

Control the intake of food depending on the physical work including walking, exercise etc. Reduce as far as possible fatty substances and increase the consumption of leafy vegetables and fruits. Maintain the quantity ant time of your activities including intake of food, bath, sleep etc. One can easily maintain the desired weight.

Hv nutritious food.... with almost no oil n spices..... avoid sugar..... don't skip meals but........... Exercise in the morning .... brisk walk if possible... and most importantly boost ur moral .... u need time n dedication to do so....
