What is on paper when it reaches the affected region or people will not be more than 20-30% . The middleman and the politicians eat the rest. Instead of giving small lots to selected regions let a region be given 5 times the amount for the improvement of infrastructure (like Road) on a guaranteed basis for maintenance for 10 yrs. In 10 years, the face of India can be much brighter. Jai Hind.

So-called NAXALS have nothing more to do for the country , other than doing 'DESTABILIZATION' from foreign / extorted funds.
However, regional imblances, for developments etc. must have to be removed from the backward areas.

Our Government is going by fanciful reports and suggestions mostly on ready made solutions . Without involving people if any scheme is drawn by our government it is a waste going down the drain.
