Q.

To sit patiently with a yearning that has not yet been fulfilled, and to trust that, that fulfillment will come, is quite possibly one of the most powerful "magic skills" that human beings are capable of. It has been noted by almost every ancient wisdom tradition. wat is that magic skill ?

Sitting patiently and waiting for the fulfillment of that yearning to come true is definitely not the success formula of achievers. History is witness to the fact that without 'karm' or effort, there is no 'phall'. Its only case of animals, like a stork waiting patiently for a fish to come by, or lower down, like a lizard that waits patiently to pounce upon a beetle that happens to pass by. The higher we go the element of 'effort' is introduced by nature. You can see the efforts done by big cats to get a meal. Man is created for yet higher things therefore man's achievents require much bigger and intense efforts. And also that while in the process of 'effort', good counsel says, do not start dreaming of the results, lest it takes away your concentration from the 'efforts'.

I suppose we Indians right from the very begginning are immensely dependant on "faith ".Our faith on God, Godmen and luck has been so much in our blood that we hardly make any efforts for achieving our yearnings or goals. And just blaming our luck if our yearnings are not fulfilled.I suppose this trait has harmed us most.We do not make sincere efforts and just want our wishes fulfilled magically .

Its called patience!!! The theory of fatality. Everything is destined by God and will unfold in a certain way. But some times humans get imaptient and that is the root cause of all human suffering. If you have the magic of patience, everything which you deserve and destined to get will come to you sooner or later.
