Yes. This is a CASE of HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATION. This is not the first incident happenng on railways. Even a Pregnant woman was thrown out of a running train. The people who do this should be HANGED in PUBLIC view where the incident took place or the place of employment of the POLICEMAN who do this atrocities
