Honda Siel Power Products Ltd has submitted the disclosure under Regulation 7(3) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 1997 to BSE.. what does this mean? plz let me know

There is specuulation in the grapevine that the Hero Group which has a 5% stake held personally by the promoters is to be sold to the Suzuki Group which would like to get into the power equipment business.
