I m 24 yrs old.my weight is 50 and my height is 5 ft..i want to reduce my weight without going to gym and without any dieting..give me some tips for exercise at home..my figure is 32-27-36..i want to reduce fat from my waist hips and thighs..

MY FRIEND JUST DO UTHAK-BAITHAK EVERY MORNING AND EVENING.START FROM 20 AND INCREASE IT AS MUCH AS U CAN. U WILL DEFINITELY SEE THE CHANGE.ALSO BUY RAMDEO CDs.

Daily murga punishment / yoga 2 / 3 times day for 15 / 20 min . U can also try situps daily 2 times say 50

Try daily practice of school p.t. or uthak baithak. p.t. is better exercise. with this practicing murga position daily and gradually increase its time say about 15 min or more and kapal bhati pranayam for about 10 min will be excellant to do. It will be good mix of exercise, aasana and pranayam.

Increase your water intake, especially before meals (bhookh kam lagegi), do yoga (there are specific asans for ur target areas) and the BEST is to go for a walk every evening....it's really effective !! AND DON'T LISTEN TO KATREENA !!
