I hope you are aware that BPO have two options:
1) Deal with Voice Based Processes only, which involve speaking on the telephone you need to communicate effectively.
2) Be a technical support executive, then you should have both computer knowledge as well as communication knowledge are important for you.
If you need to improve your language skills otherwise it will be very difficult for you to get a job in a call centre.
You can enroll in classes that will help you, but make sure they are really good and that you get your money's worth. OR
Watch American and British shows on television, read good magazines and books and practice speaking aloud, and be on a look out for Job interviews.
If you are communicate (Of course in English) straightway proceed i.e. U R worried about accent then during interview you can also say that I have very good communication skill and I am confident to improve my Accent with help of your Skilled Trainers.
