How many days should i stay in Nainital when i am enjoying my honeymoon there???

Enjoy man. Do not rush around in half day trips to the Tals and overnight packages to Kausani etc. Stay in Nainital, take a horse ride, go up in the ropeway to Snow View, visit Tiffin Top if you still have the enthusiasm. But above all take long walks and do boating holding hands and make full use of the time spent indoors to make this a memorable honeymoon.
