When customers visit cyber cafe, they are asked to produce photo ID like Driving Licence, PAN Card, Passport, etc. However, the attendant is not able to identify whether the produced document is genuine or fake. They just write the number of the document produced. Likewise for PCO they will have to maintain the register detailing the name of the caller, address and the number of document produced.
