Latest technolgy in construction in india is to use factory made concrete, torestell bars for reinforcement,applying polythene paints on reinforcement so they do not got corrode.I do not find any other latest technoly in india.Precast units, prefabricated cement cocrete unit wall panels which can save lot of time for construction are not found much head wayUse of solar panels solar heating devices,tapping of wind power rain harvesting recycling of water,desalination plants to make borewell water drinakable,etc are not introduced yet in india nor magnetic locks and cctv use are yet to be incorporated yet nor fire extinguishers and emergency exits in case of fire are lacking,Automatic lift which stops at landing and not inbetween floors are yet to come.Even simple precaution to staggering of staircases from ground floor to first floor and second floor alternatively rune from side by side and not to form staircase well and staircase to be located on one side open outside, with windo ...more
