YSR Reddy is dead. His son Jagan Reddy was released on bail recently in some case which was either for DA or corruption, I am not sure because there are so many of them that I have stopped caring. The moot point is that as long as YSR was Chief minister and belonging to Congress, no case was lodged either against him or his son Jagan Reddy. It was only after his death when his son rebelled and formed his own party that he was arrested and jailed. The other two chief ministers Om Prakash Chautala and Laloo Yadav have also been convicted only after they went out of power.
As regards Sharad Pawar over the years there have been numerous allegations of corruption against him and it was alleged that he became BCCI President because of money. However, the fact is that till date his name has not been linked with any scam.
