Justice delayed is justined denied. According to reports, many posts of judges at various levels are lying vacant. Authorities should take steps and fill up the vacant posts at the earliest. This one step will help a lot to clear a lot of pending cases. Some litigants die before the cases are disposed off. Very sad state of affairs! -------Hajir ho!!!! Some informs: Sorry, he is no more!

For this purpose you will first have to end or at least restrain our politicians form meddling with the judiciary and trying to influence the honourable judges at every level. The same applies to our police force and other para-military forces who are presently engaged in the life and death struggle of eliminating religious extremists and terrorists.A large number of cases are deliberately not allowed to come to their logicel culmination solely due to their evil machinations.
