All criminals must be punished severely and unless we all force the government , the government is gonna do nothing.
in case of pakistan : we must talk to un and usa and try to bring about curbs and warn that any infiltration will be met with bullets and any violation shall be retaliated twice or thrice more,. with the kind of economy and politics that is there in pakistan , they cannot sustain long and will just shut down their activities.
and back home , who ever indulges in the greatest sin of ra pe , must be punished y cutting down his member. this alone will leave a mark and a sense of fear and others to save their important part will never do this.
i hate bgo's or human right activists who say that fear psychosis will not work., they must look at saudi , where such people are stoned to death and the ra pe crime is almost zero

That is the problem with democracy, where people with different castes and attitudes have a say in all the actions.
