The meaning of life is found in verbs of action. As the master of your own destiny you have free will. Even if your belief system is religion-based, free will is still an integral part of that belief - the basis of good and evil deeds. There are many roads that can be taken in determining your life's course and its meaning. There are four elements that act as our life's compass and guide us in whatever we do.
1) LIVE LIFE:To live life, you must feel passionately about the things you do. Life is much too short not to do what you really enjoy. Nor is life a spectator sport. It is a full contact event requiring your action and participation. You are part of "Team Humanity" and you need to give it your all. Do what you love to do (as long as it does not hurt others) with passion and gusto and you will no doubt do it well.

I love my wife so much. Three months ago she broke her shoulder. I work 125 miles away. During these three months I have been so busy at work my wife feels I have ignored her. She feels so bitter and angry towards me that yesterday she left me. Where do I go from here?

I guess we should not care finding what life is all about, rather play are part as it comes, and that is what life is all about, face it, enjoy it and finally say i quit.

True meaning of life can only be known from the source from where it has originated. The creator of life knows the meaning and purpose of his creation.
Scientists say that the life has evolved from matter. But a truly intelligent person can see that the knowledge created by scientists is prone to mistakes because of imperfect observations on the account of imperfect sensory capabilities. Tiny human brain has limited capacity of mental speculation.
A person who has "reasonable" faith can see that there is a plan behind everything that is happening and there are laws of nature. The laws imply lawmaker. Lawmaker is God. He is the perfect person to ask this question because He is beyond imperfections.

Life is a war with small battles every now and then.. You need to win every battle spiritually ,mentally and physically and then you acheive the best in the "hereafter"...meaning after this life.
