Ex President Pratibha Patil was totally misfit for the post of President. She only enjoyed number of foreign trips at public money. She commuted the death sentences of worst type of rapists. There is hardly any thing good that she did worth mentioning.

There is no such provision. With RTI, you can get information but can not do anything is such matters.
