Why we indian as so insensitive that we never understand other agonies recently in rediff qna forum a question was asked that whether jet airways was right in sacking employees most of them replied yes but everybody failed to understand the agony and mental trauma that sacked employee pass through we Indian as a person are very selfish and self centered we always thinks of ourselves and our comfort no matter it hurts other emotions

I agree with anoop, we cant control business with emotions felt by anyone connected with the business, the business should stands on its own and if it fails its time that the management think of another way to solve the problem even if includes suckking employees.. Dont you think they felt bad too that their business never succeed

Business never done on Emotions.
If you are in trouble then what you will do? Will you first think of you or the whole country. Its human nature. For a great successful country its business is the key, like US. When business is down their economy is down.
For Jet it was just to threat to Govt to help the Aviation industry otherwise they would have started throwing their employee in batches of small quantity in a planned way.
Many IT companies sacked their employees, no one shout and made the issue. Where was Raj when Satyam, TCS, Patni, Wipro and Infosys declared to sack their employees and infact they are still doing this.
Since Jet did this immediately so it made the issue highlighted by media. For others still many are still jobless in IT companies.

Indians are sensitive to their own or families issue only.When the issue affects them they raise a hue and cry and say iothers not bothered.This has been going on from ages.Do you feel indians are patriotic?

Very true thoughts.....yup...it's very bad,those who gaved such answers not thought if they would have been in such situation,what they must have gone through.....from financial,career,mentality sides it affected many peoples...as we get a good job after hardwork.....ghar bhette to naukri nahin milti..selfishness is human's negative side but we should never let it overcomed on us.......
