Q.
Only 21 pc MBA degree holders are employable? So these graduates become manager and some intelligent graduates or 12th class students who could not go for higher studies because of financial or family problems, have to work under such bosses? Even ordinary graduates also can perform duties or take responsibilities of these managers? What is your views on this? Promotion and salary should be on talent, hard work, responsibility or just on the basis of degrees?.

Dear friend, employment opportunities r available in the private sector.Govt. sector believes only in job cuts, retrenchments n VRS.The private sector r very choosy. They pick up those candidates who fit in to their scheme of things. In other words ,they r employed only if they r found employable. In such a situation,we should not complain about the caliber of the MBAs.
