Q.

One news channel tried to ruin the political career of a central minister today by trying to implicate him in an Rs 500 crore hawala case when he was a state minister to help his political adversaries in the state. But later that was proved to be a fabricated case. Is there no mechanism in India to prevent such unethical journalism? Your views?
