Q.

When husband is working and earning good, wife should not go out for working to earn more or she shud not be allowed by the government as by doing so, actually she(that family) is depriving other unemployed male to get a job or manage a family where he would marry a unemployed female as one employed female will not marry a unemployed man or man hardly agree for that or it will unbalance our sociological culture. do'nt u think so?

Now-a-days many marriages fail. So, ladies should have freedom to get jobs for living. We have increased our wants and need more money for luxuries.
Cost of living is also increasing. Hence, your noble" ideal-fanmily" concept is not possible.

I believe its a person's choice.... if one wants to work or not... irrespective of its sex. Its very true that the increasing no. of working women is creating a dis-balance in our society... But the majority of men, i found, are frustrated of the unnecessary privilege given to female. Both men & women are genetically different. so as their nature. Its better to provide a common platform for all people to choose the way they like to follow without any preferences. It may help in a better lifestyle & a more harmonious society.
