Traditionally right handed people, Ladies and Gents, wear watches on their left wrist being the opposite wrist to that with which they write, but it doesn't really matter. Where it on whichever wrist is more comfortable for you. I have always worn mine on my right wrist and I am right-handed.

If you are a right handed then on left and if you are a left handed then on right hand.
It has many benefits to do so.
First of all watch life and shine go for a long time because of less shocks during work.
Second if you are working with right hand you can easily see the time from you left hand.
Third you can safe from some uncertain accident which occurs unintentionally because of wrong position of watch. for example you are a left handed and you wear watch on left also and you are drinking hot tea and suddenly someone asked you about time and you quickly check the watch without putting the hot tea off then what will happen to you.
So do as the wise people do.
