Agriculture sector in India need large man power force inspite of automation. Ask ppl. in village for abandoning the farming & agriculture, the main reason is shortage of manpower.
Automation is needed only where it calls for precision & mass production but otherwise good blend of both is required. Just look for the manpower engaged in car assembly lines inspite of automation & mass production.
