Itz the MACHHKUND power plant constructed on river DUDUMA FALLS which is 70km. south-west of JEYPORE the district HQ of undivided KORAPUT in ODISHA STATE.....the displaced ppl have been rehabilitated near JEYPORE.....but the refugees from BANGLADESH infiltrated after the 1971 BANGLADESH liberation war have outplaced those innocent tribal ppl ... and created the havoc ..... and latter on those anti-national ppl created the communist group as NAXALITES and began all disturbances....further ppl from TELENGANA movement joinedwith them and the movement took a violent mode.....but itz true that due to the fear of NAXALITE threats no govt. official likes to go to the remote internal jungle area within MALKANGIRI .... and the unfavourable geographic situation does not let any civilised man to go there and work for the welfare of those tribals......
